When something feels wrong, start with the obvious checks.

Most Dilly issues fall into a few buckets: sign-in, plan access, mode changes, calendar permissions, or connectivity. This page points you at the fastest likely fix.

Sign-in No verification code Check the email address, wait through the cooldown, search spam, then request a fresh code. Dilly uses a full-screen network overlay when the phone has no connection. Tap DillyFace on that screen to manually probe the connection. If the internet is back, the app should dismiss the overlay and route home.
