Here's what's going on:
- Chat is a Pro thing. Starter and Dilly get all three Moves; Chat is what you unlock when you go Pro.
- You're offline. Chat needs a connection. Check your signal.
- A screen doesn't support chat yet. Back out one screen and try again.
Want chat? That's what Pro is for. Otherwise the rest of me runs just fine without it.
