Here's what's going on:
- You are on Starter. Chat is not included on the free plan. Upgrade to Dilly ($8.99/mo with .edu, $12.99/mo standard) to unlock Chat plus 150 tokens per month.
- You paid but the plan has not synced. Force-close Dilly, reopen it, and confirm you are signed into the same account email used at checkout. If a parent paid, the checkout email must match your Dilly account. See paid but still on Starter.
- The Dilly plan has not finished syncing. Tokens meter Scout, Forecast, and Craft. Chat unlocks with the Dilly plan itself. If the account still shows Starter after checkout, force-close and reopen, then wait a minute for sync.
- You are offline. Chat needs a live connection. Check your signal.
- This screen does not support Chat yet. Back out one screen and try again.
