I paid but I'm still on Starter

Here's the fix:

1. Confirm you are signed into Dilly with the same email used at Stripe checkout.
2. If a parent or sponsor paid, the checkout email must match your Dilly account email. Parent-sponsored checkout does not auto-link unless the emails match.
3. Force-close Dilly and reopen it. Paid features usually appear within a few minutes after checkout.
4. Open Settings, Plan, and confirm the tier shows Dilly with 150 tokens per month and Chat unlocked.

If Dilly still shows Starter after an hour, email support with your Dilly account email, the checkout email on the Stripe receipt, and the charge date.
