Here's the fix:
- iPhone Settings → Dilly → turn on Calendar (and Reminders if you want those too).
- Reopen Dilly and re-tap the sync.
- Check you're looking at the right calendar in the iOS Calendar app.
If deadlines still are not showing after that, email support.
