How accurate is Forecast?

Here's how to read it:

It's qualitative direction, not a prediction with a confidence interval.
Dilly updates the underlying calibration monthly, so it reflects this month's reality, not last year's.
The more complete Profile, the sharper the read on the user's spot in the field.

If something in Forecast contradicts what the user is seeing in the local job market, support and Dilly will factor it in.
