Here's the fix:
- Open Profile and check that your field is set correctly. A Data Analyst with field "Data Science" reads differently than one with field "Business Analytics."
- If the role you're targeting isn't part of that field, add it as a second field.
- Re-run Forecast. It should pick up the change immediately.
- If it still looks off, email support the line that looks wrong and your field.
