How often does Forecast update?

Here's the cadence:

The underlying field calibration refreshes monthly.
Users can run Forecast within token limits, subject to the plan's tokens budget.
Each run counts as one token, so don't burn the weekly allowance running it daily for fun.

After a Profile update Profile, re-running once is worth it. The read will pick up new Profile facts.
