Here's the cadence:
- The underlying field calibration refreshes monthly.
- You can run Forecast as often as you want, subject to your plan's Moves budget.
- Each run counts as one Move, so don't burn your weekly allowance running it daily for fun.
If you just updated your Profile, re-running once is worth it. The read will pick up your new facts.
