Here's how:
- An internship is exactly what Student mode is tuned for. No need to switch.
- Add the internship to your profile as a real role. It'll feed Scout reads and Craft bullets the same as any other job.
- If it converts into a full-time offer at the end, that's when you'd flip to Holder.
- If it ends and you're hunting again, flip to Seeker.
