When and how
- Wait until the start date is firm. Offers can fall through, and Seeker stays useful while status is uncertain.
- Switch on day one or close to it: Settings -> Career status -> Holder.
- Forecast moves to the front. Home stops pushing application volume and starts watching the field.
- If Holder is not the right fit, switch back to Seeker anytime. Profile and Truth Ledger carry across.
Add the new role to Profile so Forecast and Craft read from current employment. Email support for edge cases.
