Ready, Almost, Gap
Each role gets one of three labels: Ready (you can apply now and the Scout read will be strong), Almost (close but with named gaps), Gap (further away with a clear reason). How labels work.
Why no number
A number invites comparison and gaming. A Scout read is harder to game and more useful to act on.
Refresh behavior
Scout reads recompute when you update the profile, save the job, or apply. They do not refresh on every scroll because that would be expensive and noisy.
