Profile facts, role requirements, declared goals, field, and current state. Scout reads stay grounded in account data, not generic vibes.
Fit narratives, not labels
Each role gets a short narrative: strengths that match, named gaps, and a concrete next step (Skills chapter, profile addition, or closer-fit role). See Scout fit narratives.
Why no number
A percentage invites comparison and gaming. A Scout read is harder to game and more useful for daily execution on Home.
Refresh behavior
Scout reads recompute when Profile updates, a job is saved, or an application is logged. They do not refresh on every scroll.
