Here's the fix:

  • Check Wi-Fi or cellular, the spinner means we can't reach the server.
  • Force-close Dilly and reopen.
  • Update the app from the App Store, older builds can hang on login.
  • If it persists, delete and reinstall. Your account and data are safe in the cloud.
