Here's the fix:
- Swipe up from the bottom (or double-tap home on older iPhones) to open the app switcher.
- Swipe Dilly away.
- Tap Dilly to reopen.
If it freezes again right away, send me a screenshot and tell me what you were doing. That usually points me to the exact bug.
