Why Dilly refuses to invent
- Resumes that read true get further than resumes that read shiny. Recruiters can sense made-up bullets quickly.
- If Dilly adds a claim the user cannot defend in an interview, the interview ends badly.
- When a posting wants something not in the profile, Dilly either skips the claim or asks about adjacent experience that does map.
- If the user actually has the skill and Dilly did not know: add it in Profile and it flows into every surface. Easy fix.
A smaller, true resume beats a bigger fictional one. More on the living proof ledger.
