Here's why:

  • Resumes that read true get further than resumes that read shiny. Recruiters can sense made-up bullets in five seconds.
  • If I drop "led Python data team" onto your resume and you can't talk about it in the interview, the interview ends.
  • So I refuse to invent. If a job posting wants something you haven't done, I'll either skip the claim or ask you about adjacent experience that does map.
  • If you actually have the skill and I just didn't know · add it in Profile and it'll flow into every Move. Easy fix.
