A narrative summary built from the profile, with personal identifiers redacted. They see the work and the field, not the name.
How they unlock more
The candidate opts in explicitly. There is no automatic reveal.
Opting out
Toggle off Blind Audition exposure in Settings -> Privacy. Profile data is not shared with recruiters at all.
