  • One skill the user would defend in an interview.
  • Field and year (or grad date).
  • The target role the user is going after.

Why depth matters

  • Deeper context graph = sharper Scout fit narratives. Dilly can explain why a role fits, not just that it might.
  • Deeper context graph = stronger Craft bullets grounded in the living proof ledger.
  • Vague bullets, undated entries, and single-word skills are noise, not depth. Less but real beats more but hollow.

Profile depth never shows on the web profile or to recruiters. It tells Dilly when to lean on existing facts vs. ask a question.
