Here's the floor:
- One real project or role with what you actually did.
- One skill you'd defend in an interview.
- Your field and year (or grad date).
- The target role you're going after.
Why depth matters:
- Deeper profile = sharper Scout reads. I can tell you why a job fits, not just that it does.
- Deeper profile = stronger Craft bullets. More real material to draw from means less filler.
- Vague bullets, undated entries, and single-word skills are noise, not depth. I'd rather have less, but real.
Profile depth never shows up on your web profile or to recruiters. It's just how I know when to lean on the profile vs. ask you a question.
