Here's how:
- Open Dilly, Settings, Privacy, Delete account. Dilly will ask for confirmation twice.
- What gets deleted: the Profile, all token history, every Chat transcript.
- What stays: billing records (held for Apple and tax reasons, no personal data attached).
- 30-day window: Dilly can restore everything if the user changes mind. After that, it's gone for good.
- For the formal request, users can also use privacy.hellodilly.com/rights.
