Calendar integration

The app can subscribe the user to a Dilly Calendar. That calendar surfaces deadlines, interviews, offers, and other career events inside Apple's Calendar app so the user does not need to reopen Dilly to see what is coming.

Reminders integration

Dilly can sync reminders into a dedicated Dilly list inside iOS Reminders. Permission is requested the first time the toggle is enabled.

Weekly brief reminders

Inside Settings, users can set up a recurring weekly brief reminder. This supports a regular review rhythm on Home instead of only reacting to urgent items.

What to expect

Calendar

Good for fixed events like interviews, deadlines, and offer timing.

Reminders

Better for tasks and nudges meant to be checked off.

Background fetch

Dilly also warms some event and deadline cache in the background so this surface stays current.

Common confusion

Calendar subscribed but reminders expected

Calendar and Reminders are separate integrations. One does not automatically create the behavior of the other.

Reminders toggled but nothing appeared

The most common reason is iOS permission denial. Re-check permissions if the app cannot create the Dilly list.

Can a user remove the calendar later?

Yes. The app includes unsubscribe behavior for existing subscriptions.
