That curation matters because the Scout fit narrative changes by field. The skills that matter for an investment banking analyst look nothing like the ones that matter for a product designer, which look nothing like the ones for a nurse practitioner. Forecast adapts to where each field is heading, not a generic "career trends" feed.
More fields get added as retention milestones are hit. If a user's field is not covered yet, support can share when it is queued.
